just read a thought-provoking article on one of the Blog-of-the-minutes… Taking a quick break from work cos i’ve been sending out mails the whole morning and all and that’s just tiring… hahaha….
It relly in interesting how Mac as evolved over the past few decades… Still remember learning about Steve Jobs in that useless subject that we did uni in yr 4… But for the sudden blank in my head i cant for the life of me remember what the course title was called… haha… Useless subject where we studies case studies on “great” men and women and did mindless projects that helped to take our minds off the drudgery of Engineering studies mundan-ity and gave me the window to build the best clique of friends that i have now…. =) sorta.
Anyway, I agree with the dude that Apple is really on the rise… It has always been lying in the shadows of MS and catering to the niche market. Especially here in Asia… but in recent times, a large part of the niche market has grown… Whether that can be attributed to growing affluence in Asia (Apple products in Asia are always more dollar-exclusive than their more affordable counterparts) or maybe just changing mindsets that have brought about this new wave. I suppose they’ve also been working REALLY hard behind-the-scenes as well to boost their product line-up….. but all in all, whatever the reason is, we definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s gonna be really exciting!
So grab your popcorn? Brace urselves… the games are just beginning…. =)
on an after thought…. What do you think of the O2 Graphite… Reviews online are so mixed… I’m lost…. Need to sign up for a new plan soon and it’d be so un-worthwhile to NOT get a phone…. but what phone should i get???
